End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and QB App and governs use of this app made available through the QuickBooks App Store. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, QB App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) modify or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) rent, lease, or sublicense the App.

3. Data Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
